Malasakit is the advocacy of our founder, Florentino Lazaro. He established TOPBEST in September 1997. Since our inception, we have been raising the standards of service in the Philippine pest control industry. Mr. Lazaro continues to be a driving force behind our company. His leadership, passion for pest control, and commitment to customer satisfaction have established the company as a trusted partner for homes and businesses alike.
Carlo M. Lazaro – President and CEO
President and CEO Carlo Lazaro embodies the values instilled in him by his father. Growing up, Carlo was deeply influenced by his father’s commitment to malasakit, a Filipino term that translates to genuine care and compassionate service. This principle not only shaped his upbringing but also became the cornerstone of TOPBEST’s mission.
In his leadership role, Carlo emphasizes the importance of small yet meaningful gestures. After his father’s passing, Carlo took over the company not just as a business leader but as a way to honor his father’s legacy. Divina Lupe M. Lazaro, MD – Director
Divina Lupe M. Lazaro, MD, serves as the Director of TOPBEST. As an Obstetrician-Gynecologist, she has dedicated her career to comforting patients during childbirth, reassuring them through their pain with her presence and support. Inspired by her late husband, Florentino A. Lazaro (FAL), she also embodies malasakit in her interactions with clients and employees alike.
Divina has adopted FAL’s approach to client relations, emphasizing genuine connection and trust. Her commitment to ensuring that both clients and technicians feel valued is evident in the positive pest control reviews and referrals received after service calls. He believes that compassion is a family trait that will continue to define TOPBEST.
Paul Anthony M. Lazaro – Director
Reflecting on his formative experiences, Director Paul Anthony Lazaro recalls a high school project called Tulong Dunong, where he taught elementary students. His efforts to build meaningful relationships with them culminated in a heartfelt reunion when one of his former students excitedly shared their scholarship achievements. This moment remains one of his proudest accomplishments.
